A Little about my History
My family history goes back a few generations in construction and real estate. From building homes to huge apartment complexes all over St. Louis. My first job at the age of 9-10 was sweeping floors on my father's job site for 25 cents an hour. I was told a good report would earn a raise. So I swept away. By day's end I got paid and ended up making 50 cents an hour, I was ecstatic! At 13 I was building homes. I Spent the entire summer living with the contractor working sunup till sunset. I even had to pay rent! That continued throughout high school. I started a car detailing business at 14. I bought my first house at the age of 18, fixed it up and sold it for a profit a year later. I wrote the contract, marketed and closed myself, before I even had my real estate license.
I have been licensed for 13+ years now and have had numerous transactions. My first year I had almost two million in gross sales while still working my full time job in construction. I have 20+ years of construction experience. I wired up my first outlet at the age of twelve and have been fascinated with the industry ever since. I have experience in all aspects of construction from; new construction, remodeling, maintenance to apartment and commercial maintenance and repair. I started and ran my own home remodeling company from 2009-2014. Towards the middle of 2014 I stopped doing home remodeling and construction work and turned my focus entirely to helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate.
I have built up a very healthy real estate business using the proven principles of hard work, determination and integrity that my family taught me over the years. I have been self employed for eight years now and know what it takes to survive and thrive: Take care of your clients, follow up, return calls, be a man of your word, learn to apologize when you are wrong, own your mistakes and fix them, have high integrity, tell the truth and love people for who they are.
